The CRL Pump-Up vacuum lifters for curved glass are designed to enable the safe and easy lifting and moving of large, curved glass sheets, windscreens and thin, flexible materials such as 2 mm-thick sheet metal. The handle is made from robust ABS plastic and the rubber suction cup has a diameter of 203 mm. The vacuum is applied to flat, non-porous surfaces within seconds by pressing the pump plunger until it is fully seated in the handle, past the red safety indicator. Once secured, the glass sheet can be easily lifted by hand. The rubber suction cup can withstand virtually any manual lifting movement without damaging the delicate surface and can be released directly from the material by pressing the thumb release. Veribor® 2-head aluminium suction lifter with safety indicator.
This tried-and-tested Veribor® blue line swivel-arm suction cup is fitted with an integrated vacuum safety indicator.As with pump-type suction devices, this helps the user to determine whether the suction cup is correctly positioned on the surface or whether there is a texture in the surface. As soon as a 100 per cent vacuum cannot be generated, the rocker arm on the toggle mechanism extends outwards and the suction lifter must be repositioned. In day-to-day use, it is always possible to see whether the full lifting capacity is being achieved.
