The CRL Pump-Up vacuum lifters for curved glass are designed to enable the safe and easy lifting and moving of large, curved glass sheets, windscreens and thin, flexible materials such as 2 mm thick sheet metal. The handle is made from robust ABS plastic and the rubber suction cup has a diameter of 203 mm. The vacuum is applied to flat, non-porous surfaces within seconds by pressing the pump plunger until it is fully seated in the handle, past the red safety indicator. Once secured, the glass sheet can be easily lifted by hand. The rubber suction cup can withstand virtually any manual lifting movement without damaging the delicate surface and can be released directly from the material by pressing the thumb release. A protective case is included.
The minimum recommended radius for curved glass is 31.5 inches (800 mm).
