PGV duo disc clamp with a range of adjustment options, supplied in a plastic storage case.

The ideal tool for accurately clamping, opening and closing large, flat sheets of material. Particularly suitable for bonding worktops. Suitable for all materials with flat, airtight surfaces such as glass, plastic, metal, coated wood, marble, etc. The vacuum is generated by activating the lever on the suction cup. When not in use, the rubber seals must be pressed firmly against the work surface. When you engage the lever, you should feel a noticeable resistance produced by the vacuum. By turning the threaded handle, the material can be pulled together or spread apart. If necessary, any differences in height between the plates can be adjusted using the lever on the guide. This set comprises 2 plate clamps and is supplied in a premium case. (Also available as a single item: BO 650.33) Veribor® spare set of rubber discs BO 614.032, ø 120 mm Veribor® is a quality brand of the Bohle Group. Bessey PS 55 plate clamp. For clamping and positioning workpieces with smooth surfaces, such as ceramics, granite, Corian®, plastic, sheet metal and glass, or workpieces requiring low clamping forces (up to 260 N).Clamping lever on the vacuum cups for quick operation.Eccentric lever to compensate for height differences at the jointBessey Sheet Clamp. Clamping of smooth sheet material with large surface areas. For clamping and positioning large and potentially heavy components with smooth surfaces, such as artificial stone, ceramics, granite, Corian®, plastic, sheet metal and glass. The BESSEY sheet clamps are available in two versions. Flat vacuum suction pad. An easy-to-operate vacuum suction pad; tilting the clamping lever on the vacuum suction pad creates a vacuum, automatically securing the plate clamp to the plate. Practical eccentric lever. Using the two levers on the guide rods, any differences in height that may occur when clamping sheets can be easily compensated for. Stable construction. Cold-drawn, hot-dip galvanised guide rods in sturdy aluminium profiles prevent deflection during clamping and keep the sheet clamp in the same plane. This guarantees precise working. Ergonomically designed plastic handle, With the perfect grip, it delivers up to 260 N of clamping force in the horizontal direction. This is ensured by the ergonomic plastic handle and the flexible trapezoidal threaded rod.

For clamping and positioning large and heavy components with smooth surfaces, such as artificial stone, ceramics, granite, Corian®, plastic, metal and glass. Manually operated vacuum pumps with maximum suction power and the greatest possible horizontal clamping force (up to 1,200 N). Indicator on the pump lever for continuous monitoring of the vacuum. Practical quick-adjustment function for rapid adjustment of the distance between the two vacuum cups. Vacuum pumps with a control function. The required negative pressure is generated with just a few pump strokes – for maximum vacuum and the greatest possible suction force of up to 1,200 N. A indicator on the pump handle allows the vacuum to be checked at any time and increased to the maximum level by pumping further. Release buttons. Simply pressing the release buttons releases the vacuum, allowing the clamping device to be removed quickly. Distance-adjustment screw. To adjust the distance quickly, simply loosen the screw and slide the vacuum suction cup along the guide rails to the desired position. Stable construction. The guide rails, which move within anodised aluminium profiles, are made from BESSEY quality steel. They keep the suction cups aligned even under high clamping forces. This ensures precise working.

The ideal tool for the precise clamping, opening and closing of large, flat sheet materials. Particularly suitable for end-to-end bonding of workstations or counters. Suitable for all materials with flat and airtight surfaces such as glass, plastic, metal, painted glass, marble, etc. The spindle can be used to pull the material together or push it apart. If necessary, the height between the different materials can be adjusted using the eccentric lever.
