At the heart of the system is the manual, 360° rotatable, 2-circuit vacuum lifting system BO B18DM4GS. It is the only one of its kind in the world: energy-independent, certified to DIN EN 13155 and awarded the GS mark by TÜV Nord. As a result, the Liftmaster may not only be used for internal transport, but is also officially approved for use on construction sites – a decisive advantage in day-to-day work. The compact lifting system weighs just approx. 20 kg, can be removed without tools and, if necessary, used separately, for example in combination with an optional rotating and swivelling crane arm. The vacuum is reliably generated by a hand pump and continuously monitored by a pressure gauge. The dual-circuit system with four suction cups ensures maximum safety.The Liftmaster also impresses when it comes to handling: it fits through doors with a clear opening of 800 × 2000 mm, can be rotated ‘on the spot’ and allows for manoeuvring with millimetre precision, even in the smallest of spaces. Additional arm for the Liftmaster vacuum lifter. This tilt-and-swivel arm allows the vacuum lifter to be adapted for independent use on, for example, a crane runway or hydraulic crane. B18DM4GS The handy MANUAL vacuum lifter (BO B18DM4GS), with 360° rotation and 90° tilt capability, has no electric pump and can therefore be used anytime, anywhere, and operated with one hand. Thanks to its dual circuit, reserve tanks, vacuum gauge and visual vacuum loss indicator, it also offers a high level of safety. This vacuum lifter is characterised by its compact design and low weight of 20 kg. It can be used in various positions by mounting it on the lashing hooks. The spacers for the B18DM4(GS) suction plate lifting device enable the vacuum lifting device to lift window sashes with sash rods or sash elements. The distance between the suction surface and the frame is increased by approx. 50 mm.Due to changes in the lever ratios, the maximum lifting capacity of the lifting system is reduced to 150 kg.
